Welcome to Smash Bricks 2!, the amazing sequel to the previous Breakout style game. This version adds a number of new features, smartens up the controls, and improves the graphics to produce overall, a more exciting gaming experience.

Playing the Game
Once the game window has loaded, click on new game, and then click one with the mouse to release the ball. The idea is to keep hitting the ball with the bat until all of the bricks have been hit or destroyed. Some bricks requrie several hits, whilst others cannot be destroyed at all.

Whilst playing the game, you can collect various bonuses which fall from the bricks as you hit them. These range from the basic bat enlargener, up to the powerful golden ball (I'll leave you to find out what this does!). You can only have one powerup active at a time (so you can't have a grabbing powerup and bat enlargener together). There are also bad powerups which can shrink the bat and do all sorts of nasty things to you.

If you miss the ball, it falls down below the screen and you loose a life. When all your lives are gone, you must start a new game from the beginning. The controls at the bottom enable you to restart, pause the action, and turn sound on and off (sound may not work on some computers)

Cheats and Tips
You can only control the bat when your mouse is within the game window, so don't go moving it all around the screen. If you need some tips on how to control the bat, you can watch the demo at the beginning for help.
